I heard few if any of the comforting animal sounds that use to sooth shoppers. I found the sidewalks unkept and dirty and some of the lovely water areas were dry or not working. NOW many of the shops are vacant and most of the great shops are gone. It was packed on the weekends and a fun family place to visit.
This use to be a premier Outlet center with many upscale shops.
